Tom Weary is President and
Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Portfolio Advisors, LLC. Previously, Tom was the Chief
Equity Officer of Farmers Group, Inc., the nation’s third largest
property & casualty insurer. His
prior experience includes founding Sovereign Asset Management, managing
portfolios and acting as Director of Research for John Hancock Mutual
Funds, and conducting mergers and acquisitions for John Hancock
Financial Services while based both in
Boston
and
Hong Kong
.
Tom is a Chartered Financial Analyst®,
a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts and the
Association for Investment Management & Research, and a published
author in the field of investment theory.
He graduated cum laude from
Harvard
College
with a degree in Philosophy. He also serves as Director &
Treasurer, The Wellness Community –
West Los Angeles, a foundation
providing psychological and social support to people battling cancer.
Tom
is responsible for overseeing all research and investment related
functions for the firm. |

Jay L. Rogers
is Managing Director of Diamond
Portfolio Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Principal
at R & L Partners LLC, providing strategic wealth management to
affluent families. Previously,
Mr. Rogers held positions of increasing responsibility with Morgan
Stanley, Wells Fargo and Bear Stearns.
He received his MBA from the
University
of
Devonshire
, his B.S. from
Northeastern
University
, and is also a graduate of the
United States Marine Corps’
Officer
Candidate
School
in
Quantico
,
VA.
Mr. Rogers has been active with many charitable institutions
including Junior Achievement and the Boy Scouts of America.
Jay is
responsible for business development, strategic relationships, marketing
and overseeing the Private Client portfolios.

Cynthia Torres is
Director of Client Service at Diamond Portfolio Advisors, LLC. Ms.
Torres' distinguished career in investment banking and institutional
sales and client service includes executive positions with Goldman Sachs
and Fidelity Investments, both domestically and overseas. She received
her MBA from
Harvard
Business
School
and also holds an undergraduate
degree from Harvard
College. Ms. Torres serves on
several nonprofit boards and committees including the Santa
Monica-Malibu Unified School District and the Harvard/Radcliff Club of
Southern California.
Cynthia
is responsible for relationship management and coordination with outside
client advisors.
